- 1982 – Established as an engineering company (2 employees)
- 1984 – Started our first production
- 1994 – Moved to our own premises (A.O.S.B. – Cigli/ Izmir)
- 1996 – First SMD production line investment (Philips / Assembleon)
- 1997 – First exported production began
- 1999 – ISO 9001 certification by BVQI
- 2001 – Second SMD production line investment (Philips Assembleon)
- 2003 – First products for the Automotive market (MAN / Germany)
- 2003 – Project design and production approval for Mercedes / Germany (Passenger reading lights touch control units for Mercedes Travegobusses)
- 2004 – First products for the White House Appliances market (BEKO / Arcelik)
- 2005 – RoHScompliant production began
- 2007 – Third SMD production line investment (Siemens)
- 2008 – ISO 13485 certification by TUV Rheinland(Medical product manufacturing)
- 2009 – UL product approval and company registration
- 2010 – Design and know-how cooperation agreement with Lansinoh/ USA for Medical Device design and production
- 2011 – ISO 9001 / 2008 certification by TUV Rheinland
- 2011 – Approved supplier agreement with Cummins Generator Technologies (UK)
