CCS-M Automatic Compressor Control Modules are designed for the complete control of screw-type or piston-type air compressors with excellent flexibility and safety. The control module features an integrated 2.8" high-resolution color graphic TFT display unit, where all system variables and operational information are presented in both graphic and alphanumeric formats. The unit includes comprehensive built-in menu pages allowing operational characteristics to be configured for any application.

Smart Control: Thanks to built-in "Equal Aging" and "Power Saving" algorithms, it manages multiple compressor groups in parallel via CAN Bus without requiring a master controller.
Flexible Connectivity: Compatible with Star-Delta and Inverter systems. It is configurable via USB using license-free software; an optional RS485 (Modbus) port can be added for SCADA integration.
Power Management: It calculates instantaneous drive load by measuring 3-phase mains voltage and motor current, providing critical data for optimal fleet management.
Durable Design: The compact module is resistant to mechanical shocks and features IP54 protection. The UV-resistant silicone keypad ensures a long service life and excellent tactile feedback.
Safety & Reliability: Compliant with EN61000 EMC and 8kV ESD standards. It is designed to operate smoothly in wide temperature and humidity ranges, making it ideal for harsh environments.
